In this day in age, safety is no accident. Navigator Wireline Service and True North Directional’s personnel are highly trained and committed to a safe work environment. Educating our employees to understand that every individual is expected to be a safety leader on the job through taking ownership of his or her own safety and making the health and safety of people around them their primary concern and goal.

Our employees have obtained First Aid/CPR, H2S, OSHA 10, and Safeland certifications. All our employees are required to adhere to our strict no drug/alcohol policy and undergo new hire, random, post‐accident, and probable cause testing.

Our company conducts regularly scheduled employee safety meetings with mandatory attendance for ALL field employees.
